When you stop hearing "Hi, this is XXXXX for YYYYY", that's when you'll hear a change on WWL. As long as they can sell 'em, they will be on the air.
As for the guy who says he likes the Hangover because their breaks are only a minute, that's not a good thing for long-term success.

All of these guys on wwl are clowns who could never work in radio any place other than New Orleans, because New Orleanians love their own. If I had a 50 pound bag of dog crap, I could sell it in New Orleans, as long as I slapped a "local" label on it.
Some people love that particular aspect of New Orleans. I find it annoying.
