Takingthe lady friend to Nola for two days later this month. Can any of y'all suggest a few places to go that are good for couples? TIA

We have to always ask these questions, because there are probably 100 restaurants that are good for couples.
What area of town? Budget? What kind of place/food?
The "best" for a couple are probably Restaurant August or Stella. This gets expensive and the food at Stella isn't for everyone.

You really have to narrow it down. I can name about 100 places fitting that description.

I posted this in another thread awhile back but I'll just repost it:
I've bolded places that I see as more "couple" type places.
There are also a lot of places I need to add, like La Boca for steak, Toups Meatery, Tan Dinh

We will be in the French quarter/ downtown area. Price isn't too big of a deal. Looking for good food and somewhere nice
