Loved Wolf Bay Lodge when it was in its old location in Elberta, before it burned down.

Went to their new location in Orange Beach last summer and didn't really care for it.

Wolf Bay Lodge is good and its on the bay so you can sit outside which is nice. They have a good salad bar to go along with your entree. I wouldn't call it fine dining at all.

Shrimp Basket is great for fried shrimp and crawfish. They have all you can eats during the week too. We hit it up a few times each trip to try different things.

Original Oyster House isn't bad but its touristy and gets packed quick. I've seen 2-3 hour waits.

Most places will cook your fish for you if you bring it so if you go fishing that's an option.

For breakfast the pancake house in the Best Western was surprisingly good.

Avoid the popular tourist traps which is basically anywhere along the beach that sells a tshirt at the register. I've yet to find great meals at any of those places (Hazels, Sea N Suds, Bubbas, Crab Trap, etc). If you don't want anything special you may not mind. Sea n Suds usually has some scenery because chicks like it. The food isn't great though.
