The only thing keeping me from saying he is a "lock" to leave is the fact that he hit .223 his freshman year and is around the Mendoza line this season.
That may scare scouts just a tad, but I would say it's about 20-80 that he stays.

I heard from a family member of a player on the team that no matter where a Ross is drafted, he is gone. TIFWIW

Eades will be the highest junior drafted, but I'm not so sure the rest are a lock to leave. I can see Jones chasing the money but he really needs another year to learn how to hit a breaking pitch before moving up to better pitching with a wooden bat. Ibarra is smaller with one year of playing aginst top competition. He's definitely not a lock to leave. Ross is a long term project in the minors. His hitting is pretty bad. I say Jones and Eades actually leave.
