I've been to Cozumel twice through cruises. The first time the wife and I went kayaking and snorkeling which was great, especially the latter. Second time we opted to go to an all-inclusive (food and drinks) island for a few hours. However, one couple who we ate with did the Salsa and Salsa tour and they did it was excellent for what its worth.

Cozumel, dive, dive, dive.

Food, not so sure, it´s probably evolved much since I´ve been there ( mid 90´s).
