re: Cooking class in cozumel

I did a class with Josephina...google her. It was really good. You pick out your dishes ahead of time from a list that she sends via email. When you arrive the group heads to the local market to pick out ingredients; then back to her house to cook. In addition to the main meal you learn to make a couple of salsas and a nice creamy guacamole. Also, you make tortillas from scratch. There is a little drinking involved too!
