Cooking class in cozumel

We are going on a cruise next week to cozumel and progresso. We really wanted an excursion teaching us how to make authentic mexican food. The only one that we see is for salsa. Do any of you know of any cooking classes in cozumel?

If you have never been to Cozumel, don't waste your day cooking or learning to cook...

Ask yourself this question before signing up for the class. Exactly how much Mexican cooking techniques will you garner from that class? Google search for Cocina Mexicana, a websie for affficianados of Mexican to get lessons on the how to and don'ts of cooking the cuisine. One other source is P'man although he hasn't been seen lately.
