your dodging. No I'm not a conspiracy nut
of course he's being advised but action/inaction the call is his to make, therefore he shoulders the success/blame of the course of action.
Secondly, he needs to lay down publicly what happened, LP already admitted he was on the phone with the personnel on the ground...if you don't think BHO was invloved you are insane.
No response to the resulting cover up? This is the tragedy...

You lost all credibility here. The POTUS is the commander in chief of the US Military, he calls ALL of the shots.
