There are several former Serra (his former teammates) and his cousin currently on the USC Football roster as of now from last years team ... I don't have the exact number of his former teammates but I hear its a lot. From all sports from his high school im guessing USC is the school they mostly go to..

Exactly!! I have no doubt we will be ok with the amount of DBs we will get in 2014...I'm just saying no need to keep wasting man power on this kid with the amount of in state talent as well as neighboring states we will be ok.. He is just not coming to us IMO...

I'd imagine most of those kids are California born and raised, while Adoree is from Missouri or Illinois (some midwest state). I believe his basketball coach at Sierra is an LSU alum as well, so we at least have that working in our favor. If we get this kid to campus in the summer and for an OV, then I think we greatly increase our chances.

- Not originally from California
- LSU alum for a basketball coach
- High profile DB; we are DBU
- Stated at one point that LSU was his "dream school." Kids say shite a lot, but that at least tells us that LSU has been on his mind in the past

I think we've got a shot if we keep up the contact.

This.

Were I him, I'd switch to offense. That defense is going to be putrid.

Michael Dyer and Jadaveon Clowney also shared this sentiment during their recruitment.

His highlight doesn't scream beast CB and he's a bit undersized.. Tony Brown is much more physical and has te size and skill

So what you're saying is, it doesn't matter who these kids favor early on? For every Dyer and Clowney where their interest fizzles, there's a Clifton Garrett and Deondre Clark where the interest seems legit.

Again, if we get this kid on campus, we have a shot. DBU is a pretty easy sell compared to the mess at USC if distance isn't a factor (he's never said it was).

ETA: And I'm by no means saying we get him, just that I don't buy USC being his choice this early in the process. I think Adoree eventually ends up on offense, too.

I thought this was a joke thread. This board has had a standing joke about recruits' socks for quite a while.

These are all pre-Twitter/Instagram days.

Not arguing anything. Just having fun!

Really, guys? It's a long way till signing day. I think he ends up at UCLA but there is always a shot. This kid is electric, if he wants in we will take him.
