He is gonna have to pack on some weight and muscle.
Should be interesting but not sure if Cooper was the best choice. Too much of a pretty boy.

Cooper is a great pick for this role. Dude has come a long way since Wet Hot American Summer

I think Cooper can pull it off. Matthew McConaughey would have been my choice for this role (especially considering the roll he has been on lately). not to mention him being from Texas, accent, etc.. it may have been a better fit.
I've heard Cooper on Howard Stern a couple of times and he seems like a pretty good dude and middle of the road politics wise. hopefully Hollywood doesn't spin this into a guilt trip, liberal film over his sniper kills.

I don't see Cooper as Kyle. Pratt has the look , but could he pull it off???

Not a Cooper nor Kyle fan and 3 of Spielberg's last 4 have sucked. No high hopes here.

it just hit me. you know who would be good for this role? this guy -
Jason Clarke. he dominated the first half of Zero Dark Thirty and his performance was underrated due to the Jessica Chastain hype.

Pratt would be a good choice.

What is it with Spielberg and all of the biopics?

Steroids are abundant in Hollywood. As are doctors who will prescribe and manage your cycles.

I agree. Would like to see someone more along the lines of Tom Hardy in the role.

Well, I like Bradley Cooper and Steven Spielberg, and I enjoy me a good SEAL story, so I'm in.

I'll take "Blatant live by the sword, die by the sword, anti-gun subcontext", Alex.

Mind blown: just realized that Bradley Cooper was in Wet Hot American Summer.
I am hanging out witha chick that has a huge crush on BC. Cant waitt to show her his "scene" in WHAS. Hell this has given me a new excuse to watch that movie again. Favorite movie from college.
