Tigerham, I love you but I don't think you're grasping what he means by overrated.
AM Mart is one I completely agree with. People listed that place in their top 10 best restaurant in BR when we had that thread..

It's literally cold cut sandwiches in a convenience store. The deal is just okay financially too..

I guess I'm just looking at my personal experiences at these places and not viewing a list of "the best restaurants BR has to offer".
I've never seen a list anyway, so I surely didn't know chimes was listed at 1. Though if a writer is taking into account lsu atmosphere/tradition good drinks and prices, along with pretty good food, chimes would be rated pretty high. As for Am Mart being said its a top 10 restaurant, that is absurd. It's not even a restaurant, but I will argue that it's one of the best bangs for your buck in the area, and much better than subway.
