My most important beside email, text, and calendar are (more than five:
Auto task - time keeping and Crm for my tech company
Call of duty elite - look at stats from previous matchups as well as change my classes out
Investar - my bank, one business one personal checking and a savings account
Mint - keep track of all my financial stuff
Docscan - similar to the other scanning app, converts to PDF and can sync with Dropbox

Quickbooks mobile - take care of my accounts receivable
Cardmunch - take pictures of business cards and a human transcribes it and sends it back to save into my contacts
