.307 Winchester. The Hipster of ammunition. If you want a .308, get a bolt gun. Or a semi. Or a pump.

.308 Marlin Express. See above.

.327 Federal. Give up a .357 round just for one more shot? Fail.

500 S&W. Other than to assuage the minds of men trying to compensate for their little dicks.

.222. The Beta to .223's VHS.

TONS of potential with no market

.327 Federal

Sort of meh. It's a great round that answers a question nobody was asking.

500 S&W

No other double action revolver makes a boom like an X-frame smith. That speaks for itself.

It's a .308 with a rim to work in lever guns. It does have a purpose on countries that don't allow their subjects to own guns chambered for military ammo.

How about the .300 whisper which has been reduced to the history books?

Or the .338 federal? Tremendously awesome round that never caught one.

.30 TC is another bastard round

CCI still makes it.

I used to buy the frick out of it. My henry loves .22L

For some reason people decided high velocity 22 was better than standard velocity 22

.300 whisper

Wildcat round. Still in production. Not SAAMI approved. Can be shot out of 300 whisper rifles or 300 Blackout rifles.

There he is

I've been obsessed with the .300 whisper since I was about 5 years old. I love that the .300 blk has caught on, but I have a bias to the whisper since it was the first wildcat that I got into.

I like odd ball rounds. Need to finish working up my STW but every time I get it out I decide I'm gonna rebuild it. Then I just put back in the safe.

I have a .38 S&W (and I don't mean S&W .38 special)

also a .25 auto

I don't see what use they are, except paper weights.

No, you like the Whisper because it has a cool name. I love what the 300BLK does but hate the name. Whisper is cool.

Nah

I like the whisper because it's what got me into the wildcat thing. It sort of introduced me into shite like that before the internet was big.

6.5x55 swede will always be my pet caliber. I absolutely love it. Killed my first deer with one and still carry one to this day. Not really a wildcat though because it is HUGE in northern europe.

I remember this round now. It reminds me of a heavy duty 30-30, if I am thinking right. It wont replace the 300WSM that I hold dear but its an interesting round.
