I can appreciate the history of those old Woodsman's but I just don't like the looks of that skinny pencil barrel. Love the design and feel of the later Match Targets with the thick barrels.

The one I pictured a page back is identical to the first pistol my Dad ever gave me.

Lost it in Katrina.

I know it's heresy, but I've never liked a single Colt semiautomatic pistol I've ever fired or held.

I've never been huge on Colt, but I wouldn't mind picking up a Colt Delta Elite.

Have one along with one of the first .30-06 ever made and 30-40 krag. Been in the family for well over 100 yrs.
