You got to narrow it down geographically unless you want people giving you directions to places 45 min away? Inside the loop? North of I-10?

What part of town? I love Downhouse in the Heights. Great beer menu and cocktails.

Ceder Creek in the Heights or Onion Creek on White Oak St. are both really laid back.

Yep good place.....also Petrol Station for best beer selection.

Plonk is supposed to be good too...wine and beer.

You need to tell us what part of town though.

downtown,

Hearsay is kind of meh IMO but there's a few bars that just opened up. Goro and Gun, Batanga, and Captain Foxheart's. All normal bars.

midtown

This is tough, that's a younger crowd for the most part.

Downhouse, Cedar Creek, Onion Creek as mentioned are all good options.

Hughes hanger is ghetto. Don't go there.

Down house is good.

Sonoma Wine Bar in the heights is good. They have another one on Richmond in greenway. Very good for date night.
