So far above and beyond any other radio show at ESPN, maybe any other sports show period. If you like sports but are annoyed by the big ESPN machine (Mike & Mike, Cowherd, etc., who are ok but can be annoying) you should listen to these guys. Really glad SVP stayed with ESPN, he and RR are thoroughly entertaining. Thoughts? Agree, disagree?

SVP/Russillo

Golic (He may play the athlete schtick, but I don't think it's as bad as others, plus he seems to be reasonable when actually discussing sports. He gets brought down by Greenie)

Cowherd (I think he's pretty knowledgable, but he can be a douche at times as well)

Greenburg

If I could listen to them everyday I would. A great blend of sports, a little pop culture, and they keep it all in a humorous, 'we are just talking about sports here' tone.

They are the best during the NBA Playoffs and College Football Season.. Fwiw

SVP and russillo are two buds talking sports

Not doing a show for ratings just talking sports and they have the same opinions as a lot of people ( me at least)

I listen to them everyday and if I miss I listen to the podcast.

You you haven't done so you need to listen to the video mailbags. Amazing stuff. So funny. They've read a couple of my questions

You are welcome in advance if you didn't know about the mailbag.

Good lord must this be a daily thread? People's hatred for ESPN is so dumb. Without them we wouldn't have Fox, Root, etc.

Everyone clowns The Herd but I guarantee his ratings are better than any ESPN radio show.

The average fan (Msb posters are mot average fans) loves him because of how he relates sports to real life examples.

Hate him or not, he's entertaining and good at what he does. He can be long winded at times and will contradict his opinion from day-to-day, but you don't think he knows this?

He's knowledgeable and entertaining. I put his show right up there with SVP & Russillo.

I hate ESPN more and more with every passing day but yet I can't look away due to my infatuation with everything sports, but you are exactly right about SVP and Rusillo. They are quite possibly the best radio/talk show ever.
