I enjoyed Season 3. The "My Old Kentucky Home" episode probably has one of my favorite Roger Sterling moments. Betty Draper is at the height of her cuntiness and the season finale is one of my favorite finales. I think if you've made to this point you'll enjoy it.

Watching Mad Men makes me want to do two things.

1. Drink all the time.
2. Suit Up.

It makes me want to sip Bourbon and smoke Lucky Strikes all day.

I think I'm going to fix a Julep for the Oaks tonight and watch this on Youtube to prepare for the races.

That's the precise moment I stopped watching. I don't miss it at all.

Let me guess, people continued to be miserable after doing horrible things, while surrounded by history porn for white people?

Damn man. Did the Orioles lose another pitching prospect today? You seem upset.

I haven't watched the new season but Mad Men is my favorite show that's still making new episodes. GoT is a close second

You're fricking pathetic and get way more respect on this board than you deserve.

Because I hate a beloved TV show, and rarely mention that fact and stay out of all episode threads on it? Wow, I am truly history's greatest monster.

I think it's a show that revels in misery. I cut the cord and feel much better about my TV watching since then. And I think there is a thesis to be written regarding why a show about the success of elite white men in the 1960s, before the workplace successes of women and minorities, is so popular among white men today.

Really? Today, I've posted in threads proclaiming the greatness of Clue, Goon, and Frasier. This was literally my first negative post of the day.

Only tourists drink juleps. Just go straight for the bourbon.

And after I posted earlier I couldn't resist watching it either with a coworker. It was just as good given the context.

He really doesn't. That's the reason I made a comment. It was surprising to me to see him talk like that about a show.

I guess I'm a tourist then.

I do appreciate a well made cocktail. I also appreciate bourbon on its own.

This weekend though, it's Julep time.
