Is this about the software token? I don't remember it actually taking all that long for me. Think I did a live chat with someone and got it resolved pretty quickly.


ETA I get why they require that one time password to log on to the website, but in instances like this, that's a pain. I emailed myself that emergency removal password after the first time.

Unfortunately this is not really an option for me since i rarely get a break during work hours and even lunch is usually packed with meetings.Once I get home it's all about the wife and kids until about 9pm when they all settle in for the night. Ultimately it was my mistake for not e-mailing myself a copy of the removal password as you did, but no other app on my phone completely resets when the cache is cleared. I appreciate them providing the extra security, but with call centers and support only open during the week at normal working hours I'm at their mercy on when they want to hit the reset button.

ETA: Never thought I would say this, but this may be the first time I would be happy talking to a foreign call center representative for an hour trying to get this resolved in the late hours of the night or early morning before work. Or maybe even one of those automated answer services like Cox has that makes me furious every time i call.
