Given that Marvel doesn't have X-Men rights, I'm thinking no. It would be awesome though. Sigh.

I like Scarlet Witch.
As for Quicksilver, which characters fall under the Xmen moniker? They all exist in the Marvel universe, but I doubt that the rights pertain to the general phrase "Xmen".

Marvel can use them, they just can't refer to them as Magneto's children.

From what I understand, quicksilver and Witch fell on the line between Xmen and Avengers and whichever studio used them first got the rights.
Looks like Marvel wins the race. Doesn't mean they can use any of Foxs Xmen characters.
