by the amount of bullshite he fired off throughout that interview I'm going with option #2
I'm going with a combination of the 2. He said something stupid and then just bullshitted his way through the rest of the interview.
In fact I'm pretty sure Shep even tweeted during the draft that he was an Eagle. I stand behind my previous comment that he has no common sense.
