the problem with his story is the next day was "Tharold Simon Day" in Eunice when he got arrested. So the cop would have to know the shite was going to hit the fan when he took Simon in. So if it is just a bunch of trumped of charges as Simon insinuates why would a small town cop want to bring a bunch of heat and notoriety on himself? Maybe he would want that heat but I seriously doubt it. What Simon did not say was whether he was drinking while hanging at his grandmother's house.

Could be a reason for the POS Thug cop to go frick with a guy about parking at his Maw Maw's house.

I guarantee if he had it would be in the police report and public intoxication would have been charged. No other possible charges would have been overlooked and left out.
