I wish we would've signed some tall corners but Sweeting looked pretty tall in that picture, also Reddick looks pretty good!

Man I can't believe we picked up my guy Alston. He is a hard runner and a nice blocker. Hope he makes the PS at least. Good dude.

Yeah, the last season he wasn't running too much (injury and what not) so mainly a lot blocking, and he is a pretty good blocker during blitz pickup. Could be a nice full back (size-wise) for us or a nice ivory replacement.

I think this Ryan Griffen kid has a lot of upside. Videos of seen, albeit very limited, show that he has good touch on his passes, mechanics seem fine. does seem to throw off his back foot at times. Could be a good understudy to Brees

What types of contracts do UDFAs sign? Do they make any money by going to practices and such or is it all contingent on making the team?

Marlon Favorite got $25K and Cadet got $30K last year. Pocket change to a thousand or two is most common. Sometimes there is thought about what team to sign with. Sometimes it's just an auction to the highest bidder.
