Germantown, but the Commissary is about as good as it gets for bbq IMO. I dont think I need to read the thread to know it has been mentioned a bunch.
Gus's Fried Chicken was really awesome too. Very close to downtown, but both are worth going out of your way for if you ask me.

Gus's is one of my Top 5 restaurants of any type, anywhere. I truly believe that yes, it is that good.
