Now it's all, "I'm a redneck, look at me, driving my truck working hard, I don't complain, give me a cookie." Where are the songs about relationships and heartache and loss?

It's missing songs about love and loss.

Every song, like others have stated above, is about driving in your pickup truck out in the sticks to a bonfire while drinking moonshine and listening to Hank with a "purty gurl" ridin shotgun.

A lot of ballads are still listenable, but every up-tempo song is the same in sound and lyrics.
