anyone else feel like the NFL.com draft giving us Jones is the kiss of death for us not getting him?

I would also take the Badger over this Webb kid, but strictly based on profiles. I obviously haven't seen him play much.

I don't see us taking Jones at all at t his point. Seems like everyone is reverting to us taking him.

He's got Nassib going in the top 10 and every other qb dropping to the 2nd. Interesting. I like Nassib... but I don't see it happening like that.

This is how I'm feeling. You're gonna pick some no name small school kid over Mathieu? Dumb shite

Webb is intriguing to me. Solid talent. There are some interesting looking DBs in the draft this year. No real elite guy at the top though.

Blidi Wreh-Wilson is another one. Long corner..looks like he'd be a good scheme fit. Doubt he's in the 3rd though.

For a late round/UDFA flier at corner keep an eye on Melvin White from UL-L imo. Big, physical, nasty press corner.

That's only because everyone thinks Marrone and the Bills absolutely want him in either the 1st or 2nd round. He's just hedging that the Bills will say "lets get him in the first and not wait until later." If Buffalo doesn't take Nassib in the first, no one else will.

IMO, Geno Smith could be the guy to shake up all the mocks. Do the Eagles take him a #4? Will the Jets use one of their two first rounders on him? Will a QB needy team jump back in to the end of the first round if he's still there?

Smith is definitely no Luck or RGIII, but he is the No. 1 rated player at the most important position in the game. Teams sometimes do strange things if they think reaching for a QB might change the direction of their franchise for the next 10+ years

If Sonic Sam is available for the Saints 3rd rounder, and they pass on him. . .I will be absolutely furious.

yeah, its just too good to be true.

I'm thinking we pick Sheldon Richardson or DJ Fluker... just somebody that hasn't really been on our (Saints fans) radar.

a noteworthy example of draft stock

post season before Spags was fired he was in the conversation for #15. Now, even if they were still 4-3ing they could pass on him at #75
