What's the fastest you've been clocked throwing a baseball?

In the spirit of the new MLB season.

Any pitchers on the MSB besides BMAC?

In High School (didn't play, played football though) I threw one around 70 with like an hour of learning how to throw it, but I still just threw it like I was throwing a bullet pass.

You should set up an athletic combine at an td tailgate.

Have a radar gun, 40yard dash, vertical jump, football throw, max bench press, ball and hoop for a dunk contest.

Then, record all the events and post it as a spreadsheet on td. The best part will be where you leave them a comments section to say how they blew out their knee in high school.

The few showcases I went to put me in the 82-89 group (I was on the slow end of that). We usually had a guy radaring us at our games and I sat in the low 80's, every now and then if pump one up in the mid 80's. the guy said I hit 88 once but it was head high and inside

91. Played JUCO ball for one year and one year with Louisiana College. Pitched one scoreless inning in the old Alex Box against LSU in 1998. The announcer got my number wrong and they announced the wrong pitcher, and even when you look in the stats that inning still shows the wrong guy. Struck Cedrick Harris out in 3 pitches first batter.

Threw almost every game in high school and Legion Ball, and got injured in my first year of college ball. Lost my stuff and couldn't get batters out so had to move on. If I could go back and do again I would have walked on and developed my strength and endurance those first couple of years at Tech. That's where I ended up finishing anyway.

Consistently in high 80's and would bump 90-91 every now and then.
