According to our sources, Michaels blood alcohol level was right at the legal limit -- he blew a .08 and a .09 in two breathalyzer tests.
They need to change that shite. I could literally 2 beers and get a DUI

AM's hairpiece>>>Costas' hairpiece

Let's put political biases aside. Costas's hairpiece covers more and appears much less greasy. This really isn't a debate.

It amazes me when people with this much money drink and drive. I've done the same thing, bc .08 is only a coupe of drinks, but I'm not as lucky as some of these people that have the resources that they do. I guess something like this just shows that they're not much different than regular people.

Obviously you are completely ignorant about hairpieces:
1) Greasy is better. It's much easier to pass of a hairpiece when the wet look is in. This goes back to George Raft in the '30s. The dry look exposes the fraud more.
2) Michaels' is in fact a "hairpiece", a small covering of a certain area. Costas' is more of a rug.
3) Michael's piece follows the contours of his head much better. Costas seems to have borrowed an old rug of Bill Gates. It doesn't fit the front of his head at all.
4) Michaels wears only a small piece to give off the My-hairline-is-receding-but-I'm-not-bald-yet vibe. At least he's less dishonest than BC.
5) Costas dyes what hair he has (the old Paul McCartney twofer), and when his dye job didn't turn out too well, he had to wear a rug that matched. This made him like his hair had turned (as Gerald Ford allegedly said about Ronald Reagan) "prematurely orange".

Costas's hair piece at least has people guessing. Does he have a "mature" hairline and a bit of combover? At the very least he has been consistent through the years:

He made a preemptive switch sometime in the '70s and never looked back.

Michaels has that dirty, my-wife-cuts-my-hair-on-the-second-Tuesday-of-each-month look. He would be much better off as a handsome bald man, as opposed to an average looking old man. Here's proof:
Costas on the other hand, is too much of a midget, pretty boy to go bald. I agree the die job was a bad decision. He picked the wrong time to experiment too (before the Olympics).
And we'll never agree on the possessive of "Costas."

I have. cop watched me leave a bar and go the wrong way down a 1way street. I was stone cold sober. He gave me the field test and sent me on my way.
ETA: I remember Michaels most for the Earthquake game and MNF.

That sucks... .08 and .09... Exactly what a blew on my only DUI out here in AZ. Cost me a fricking arm and a leg to deal with that situation
Yeah, I blew a .078 and .081 on a stop and did fine on the field sobriety tests (passed about half, some perfectly). Still got arrested and cost me almost $8,000 in total after all the attorney fees, court costs, and other bullshite I had to do to get rid of it.

I failed one after not drinking anything. The trooper kept telling me I was swerving and pulled out in front of two cars. It was 1:30 in the morning and there were no cars anywhere near. He also told me I reeked of alcohol. I had not had anything to drink in over a week He told me to call someone to pick up my truck because he was taking me in and I asked for a breathalyzer. He let me go then.

Dude couldn't pass sobriety tests at .09?
From what I recall on mine, some you will fail automatically if you have any alcohol in your system. The eye test is the main one because it is involuntary. In addition, a cop can almost assure you fail some. The one that pulled me over told me so when I questioned him about why he did some stuff and kept me in certain positions for so long BEFORE performing the test. He said it was to challenge my balance to make it more difficult to pass the test. Plus some tests are subject.
Put it this way, my attorney loved how I did on the tests and said I performed almost perfectly and the cop still said I failed (though he did note I was perfect on some of them). The tests are 100% designed to make sure people fail so the cop has a better chance in court if it ever gets there and has cause to arrest. It is all about getting the arrest and assuring enough "evidence" to be able to collect fines and fees throughout the entire system.

I know someone that this happened to. Does anyone ever actually pass field sobriety tests? I always thought if they asked you, they probably already decided your fate.
Yeah it was bullshite, cops busted in some HS party i was at (and i was driving so i didnt drink anything) so they decided to be dicks about the situation and take 2 hours trying to test people so they could hand out MIPs (fricking denham cops)
Everyone lined up to take the test of course i get the out of uniform asshat that was barely even looking at me when he gave me the test, and then goes "youve been drinking, go stand over there"
My friend meanwhile drank his arse off and passed with no problem. I then had to go beg another cop to retest me and they only did that because i had about 10 other people back me up saying i didnt drink a damn thing
