I want to buy some boudin and freeze it. Is this prudent if the boudin is cooked and ready to eat when it is purchased? I know alot of places sell frozen boudin but my goto place doesnt. Any tips?

Uncooked, sealed freezer bag - get all the air out.

I know it can be done uncooked, but this place only sells cooked.

I often just throw my unopened boudin packages in the freezer

Eta: I'm talking about uncooked
