He called strikes and balls very accurately imho.

Did take a run away from LSU and Bama early on. One bama guy got called out on a tag with the ball in the other hand. Interference call on diatom batter that wasn't called. 4 boofoo's in a loonnnggg game but ump was not a factor. Great strike zone calling.

I'll give you consistent, but his strike zone on the outside corner was not "accurate". Do you really think that many college hitters don't know the strike zone? Both teams were taking called third strikes because your brain is simply trained to not swing at a pitch 8 inches off of the outside corner.

He was consistant with the K zone but many of the pitches called for both team were not strikes. The first two pitches Fury threw were off the plate but got rung up.

That pitch was not nearly as bad as a pitch as rhymes swung at earlier on the 3-2 when he chased one chin high. I bout tore my recliner up.

Yeah Rhymes is starting to aggravate me with his strikeouts and double plays this season.

He got back to the dugout he was pissed at himself. I do like how this guys seen to be accountable for lackadaisical swings or swinging at garbage at times. Glad they won though
