do you really think a small market team can just reload like LA or Boston?
what were you expecting from a team with 4 first time starters and the fifth was hurt for half the season? the roster was filled out with one proven player, three rookies, end of career vet, 2 DLeague players, and a workman backup big. This is the only place where people thought the Hornets wouldn't be a bad team.
It's going to take time. If next year is this bad, Dell and Monty are both on the hot seat

Ok ok. That's why I asked the question. I know they aren't going anywhere this year. I just wanted to get y'all's opinion on the job he's done.
I agree they are both on the hot seat. I was just curious if some of y'all thought that the new era would bring a new GM/coach.
