Wax (minimum) twice a year
Check (often) /change trailer bearings (once every year/two years)
Change fuel/water separator
Check/change spark plugs
Check/change lower unit oil
Check/grease prop spindle and change cotter pin
Check all switches/lights
Update GPS maps/satellite locations about 3-4 times a year
Grease pivot points on the motor (tilt) twice a year, a shot or two of high quality grease
...uhh... And try to fix anything else that breaks

You change your trailer earings every two years? Damn i change mine like every 5 years, but i do have then repacked annually and make sure buddy bearings are full
