I meant it in the sense that was having a pity party for himself because he was injured late in the season while his team was making a playoff push. Who cares? It happens to people every year. He came off as if he should be exempt from ever being injured because he is Kobe Bryant.

As for the being tough. That's all part of his act. The stupid arse grin, the standoff with Barnes, the quote about the bear. Really? People who say shite like that are trying to make people think they are tough. People who are tough don't need to explain it, others just know.
