Has it been established what Grienke said to set him off?

Why is Greinke escaping blame?

Hasn't he hit Quentin with a pitch 3 times?

The last time was in 2009. 3-4 years is a long time to hold a grudge, especially when the circumstances dictate that this last incident was an accident.

In the 10 seconds btw when Quentin took off running and when he hit Grienke I don't think how to absorb the hit was his primary thought.

Considering charging the pitcher isn't allowed nor should it have been IMO.
