Whoever was hoping for the length of Greinke's injury was nuts.

Has it been established what Grienke said to set him off?

This sucks. It's not long enough for such a douche move, but it's also too long for him to be back for the series in LA next week. Pretty much worst case from an entertainment standpoint.

Why is Greinke escaping blame?

What should he be blamed for in your opinion?

Hasn't he hit Quentin with a pitch 3 times?

You answered my question with a question.

What should he be blamed for?

I'm saying all the blame shouldn't be placed on Quentin for Greinke's injury.

So your point is that unless a pitcher runs away from someone charging the mound they are partly responsible as well for e aftermath?

And I'm asking you who should shoulder some of that blame and why

Greinke. For hitting Quentin last night and two previous times.

The last time was in 2009. 3-4 years is a long time to hold a grudge, especially when the circumstances dictate that this last incident was an accident.

You clearly don't know Quentin's history of not getting the frick out the way. The dumbass leads the majors in HBP despite playing about half the games.

Definitely don't lead with your shoulder like a tard. At least he was smart enough not to leading with his pitching arm.

If you looked at the initial reaction of the catcher, I think it was something along the lines of, "Are you fricking serious?"

In the 10 seconds btw when Quentin took off running and when he hit Grienke I don't think how to absorb the hit was his primary thought.

Considering charging the pitcher isn't allowed nor should it have been IMO.

When a motherfricker is running full speed at me I'd imagine that would be my 1st thought.

And that makes you mentally better prepared for action than a lot of people.

id wager though that a majority of people would have the thought of "WTF?!" In that same situation

When thy glove went to the ground, he was passed the wtf stage.

Still don't blame him for throwing it down.

Hairston was suspended 1 game btw for general thuggery
