Was it KingRanch or Bapple who wondered about using their CC pistol to protect their dog in a dog park?

A man accused of using a stun gun on a pit bull that fought with his dog at an Ohio park and then fatally shooting it has been arrested.
Cincinnati resident Robert Marx appeared in court Wednesday on charges of knowingly shooting a gun within city limits and criminal damaging. Convictions on both counts would carry a maximum of nine months in jail.
Marx was released on bond and placed on electronic monitoring. He hasn't returned a message seeking comment.
A judge ordered Marx to stay away from the park and the couple who owned the pit bull.
Kaitlynn Hornsby and Silas Parker say their pit bull was being playful with Marx's dog when the other dog bit it. They say their pit bull bit back and Marx killed it within seconds.

It was me who asked.

So basically it would be legally better to watch my dog get choked to death than to put down the POS pit bull who has him by the throat? Man I love the society we live in.

I know a guy years ago who went to Florida on vacation and while driving down the road a small dog ran out in front of him and he ran over it. The owner who was a woman was on the sidewalk balling like a baby. The guy got out of his car and a police officer pulled up at the same time. The woman was telling the officer he had to do something. The officer called the man over and they stepped away from the woman. He told the officer he was from out of town but in Alabama where he was from if you ran over a dog it was just a dead dog. The officer looked at the woman and made sure she could not hear and he said "yea in Florida it is just a dead dog too."
