frick, the whole world would have been so much better off if Ned would have been king, or if Robert wouldn't have died when he did.

Of course then it wouldn't be as entertaining.

If Ned could have thrown his honor out the window and just forgotten about Stanis I think it's good. Rule and teach Joffrey not to be a psycho. Or go with renly and take out cersei and the lannisters right when Robert dies.
