What is this?

At the new Box, LSU campus police enforce a "no reselling policy" on LSU property, including the parking lots. I was told to stop holding up my tickets to sell them before a game earlier this season. I still see brokers trying to sell tickets so I don't know how vigorous the campus cops work to enforce the policy but I do know one of them told me to stop.

If you look at the signs near each gate this policy is on the list of "prohibited" activities on LSU grounds.

If it's Spring Break then that explains it. Probably a lot of families out of town.

this blows my mind. baseball tickets are like $5. how much more over face can people really get? so what if they sell them for $10? good luck getting $10 for them in the first place but geez, who cares?

Have you looked at the Ticket Exchange Board on TD.com?

Or, the LSU Market Place ticket site on LSUSports.com?

Both of those have had tickets for sale for every game this season at face or below prices. And for most games there have been grandstand tickets available.

If anyone really wants to go and sit in a good seat there really is no excuse not to buy them from sellers on those boards.

For what it's worth, there was no traffic on Perkins on a Friday at rush hour. Think a lot of people are out of town

No I never have looked at those sites, I looks at more popular sites and they are either never there or way over priced.

You really should try the Ticket Exchange Board on this website. The link is on the left hand side of the page just under the Food & Drink Board.

I have both bought and sold tickets on that board and have never had a problem. You almost never see anyone asking above face price for baseball game tickets.
