Well in exit interviews, most referenced the coach worked them too hard! I wouldn't want kids who don't want to work hard on my team. Tarrant is from the Birmingham area and is transferring to the Tide. Most of the others didn't play much.

One kid, Josh Davis, has exhausted his eligibility, and will be transferring as a graduate student. He went to Tulane from NC State bc of playing time. Now he is expected to transfer back to State...or at least I hope.

Not sure what Josh plans but word I heard this week from those inside the program mention he is exploring the NBA option.

I thought this quote at the press conference from Conroy was funny.

No question we're going to be stronger than ever next year

Really? Wow, worked too hard? That's surprising and I really feel like it had to be more than that. I can pretty much guarantee I won't be wasting any time or money at Devlin Fieldhouse next season.

Aside from Davis and Tarrant the rest of the guys leaving weren't any good anyway. Davis will probably get a ton of offers if he wants to play another season in college.

probably because they know that they can play in front of bigger home crowds at most local middle schools in the area than they can at Tulane.

Well 4 of the 6 guys leaving hardly got playing at Tulane. So in other words they suck and wherever they go will be worse and the crowds will be similar.

Davis is has Iowa State, Pitt, Gonzaga, & Illinois in his final four. CBS radio suggests that Gonzaga leads for Davis because he fits into that system the best out of the remaining four teams has has narrowed down.
