It was not just recruiting violations...it was a deliberate cover-up a crime by the leadership of the institution--it has nothing to do with what the fans deserve or do not deserve. Additionally, the "we are the only institution to never be on probation" was a recruiting tool of PSU, which perpetuated the cover-up at the top.

Right, so the NCAA shouldn't have had jurisdiction,the legal authorities should have handled it.
