I've got a craving for some and want some thoughts on the best of BR. Opinions?

I find many of the sit down places dry it out.. But if you go to a place with high turnover on the stuff like gyro and shwarma its less likely to be dried out. They pretty much all taste the same as they are prob all buying from same vendor. I find Arzi's in the mall to be most reliable for non-dry chicken shwarma which is suprising.

Atcha is good and cheap too. Convenient if you are on campus or downtown.
I'm partial to Albasha's.

My wife loved the chicken shwarma salad from Romans when we lived on Essen. I always got the lamb kabob every time.
I'm sure they're chicken shwarma is good like everything else.

Albasha's, because they have the fried cheese appetizer too!

Serop's was my go-to place for shwarma until I tried Arzi's. You can get it delivered from Arzi's through Takeout Express. I normally get a pound of shwarma, a couple of feta salads and an order of hummus and throw in any leftover veggies I've got in the fridge. The portions are large enough that two people can eat for two or more days.

Atcha is good, especially for the price. The dressing they have for the salad is great. Albasha has been hit or miss. We really like New Orleans Poboy and Gyros - it's been great on everything we've had there, including the chicken. Cafe Delphi at Greenwell Springs has also been very good.
Also have to throw in a mention to Cafe Phoenicia up here in Zachary - the Grecian Rolls as appetizer are unlike anything else around.
