Current record: 6-24

Started the season 0-9

Have been outscored 266-129

How bad will tonight be?

I think about 19-0.

Our lineup will consist of a lot of backups to give them a chance to audition for more roles in weekend games.

I'm going with 14-1.

They should either do like Southern and Mississippi Valley and recruit more white kids, or do like Alabama St and Bethune Cookman and recruit more Puerto Ricans.

There just isn't enough of a talent pool to recruit only black kids and actually win any games. Especially when no other schools care about what color a kid is, only if he's talented.

I'm thinking

1B: Katz
2B: Jones
3B: Ibarra
SS: Bregman
C: Barash/Chinea
LF: McMullen
CF: Stevenson
RF: Sciambra
DH: Rhymes

Two seasons ago when Alcorn St came to the box, their infield misplayed or outright dropped four pop ups. My theory is they don't have lights at their field so they don't get to practice high pop ups at night.

I felt embarrassed for those kids.

Yep, it was pretty bad. They also had this first baseman that was like 6'6, 250.

It's things like this why I don't like playing any SWAC teams other than Southern. And I guess Grambling once in a while. We would get more out of playing Delta St competition wise, but since they're D2, they wouldn't drag down our RPI at all.

Their stats page doesn't come up when you click it, but looking at the last couple weeks mid week box scored, Sanchez Mundo has been starting mid week games for them regularly. He threw against Mississippi St.

He didn't throw last weeks mid week game though, so they may have moved him to the weekend.
