Chargrilled Oysters...Great Salty Flavor is Still There

You can't have these...oldest son just ate all of these and more. I got two.

Doing these for a huge party next week. Any tips? I usually make a compound butter, melt, ladle top with romano/breadcrumb mix.

Skip the bread crumbs. Take a look at the method in the RT above. It's good.
