My all time favorite is metal gear solid 2 theme. When I was a kid I would turn the game on and just let the intro theme play over and over.

Been listening to the Heart of the Swarm OST a lot lately. It is fantastic.
Ocarina of Time is a good (pretty much any Zelda game).
Phantasy Stare Online has a good soundtrack.
Killer Instinct from waaaay back has a great soundtrack.

LINK ]Termina Field [Orchestrated Version] from Majora's Mask Best part imo kicks in around 1:41-ish (gets really slow and elegant, but then slowly builds to a pretty awesome finish)

Final Fantasy IX and Nier are my two favorites video game soundtracks.
Honestly, I could just list the entire OST, because I love every single song on both. I'll only list some favorites though.

Gta always had great music. I actually had favorite radio stations when I got into the cars. Its hard to decide which game had the better music.
