I've had a ton of success lately running jungle Rammus.
The games where my team doesn't go full retard before 10 min. I use the same build path. Half way to SotAG, mobi-boots, homeguard.
Gank top, Mid and Bot in about 1 min...
With that kind of movement speed... you can gank straight through the lane... hell even go through side bushes before they even have time to react.
The games that I've taken Teleport have had a high rate of rage quits.

Yeah, even if they do ward the river, you are usually moving too fast to react. I'll gank top from the river, but, normally I just go straight through lane to gank bot lane. He just has so much map pressure.
