Teambuilder was good,
But I read that the other aspect of teambuilder was to allow you to play troll picks if your team would want some crazy setups.... like adc/support mid.
As long as you go captain, it should be fine I guess.

With your speed boost in cougar, look to roam more often. It's so easy to assassinate people when your spear chunks ADC's for half their health.

And don't ignore her passive. She gets a movement speed boost when running through bushes. This only further enhances her mobility advantage.
A lot of people also don't pay attention to the attack speed boost you get when you use your heal (E). Definitely, more potent on AD nid, but doesn't hurt either way.
