Is it possible to actively use a program on a 2nd monitor while in-game without it disabling the LoL in-game display?
I see some people change music during their stream.
I assume they are pressing Alt+Tab to get out of the active game LoL window, but when I do it.... the game display is minimized.
If I am remembering correctly, this doesn't happen in the home screen, launch screen, etc.... only the in-game screen.
It sure would be nice to be able to keep an eye on my character/ the game while I adjust build guide pages or change my playlist.

Pretty sure using borderless mode is how you achieve this

I have my Spotify controls mapped to extra keys on my keyboard.
