Q - Perma Slow
W - CC/Slow
E - Free on the fly "ward"
R - One of the best (if not THE best) initiator in the game.

Not sure how viable the following build would be, but I use it in ARAM all the time and it's fun as hell.

Core Items
Spirit of the Lizard Elder
Manamune
Ionian Boots
Black Cleaver

Gets me 40% CDR which lets you basically fire off your volley every 2-3 seconds. Also drastically reduces your hawkshot and enchanted arrow cooldown time.

Mana isn't an issue as the game progresses (due to the mana regen from the Lizard Elder and the tear/Manamune) and the constant volley spam (which also slows based on your Q level) is a HUGE annoyance and asset to help your ADC get kills or chase down a fleeing enemy.

This build also gives you substantial damage output, especially considering you're playing the support role.

Again, not sure how viable this build would be in normal games, but as a support I think it could work.
