So the new Summoners Rift map redesign is just the SR VU mod? Or was that always the plan?
I thought the SR VU mod was just a mod some guys put together? But now the new Riot update is basically the exact same thing.

To my knowledge, when the news first came out and videos were shown, it looked exactly like the SR VU mod does now (with a few exceptions I think).

Meh I would rather of seen all the EU teams lose out. I'm still not convinced any of the EU teams actually make it out of groups though

Games like that intrigue me. I like strategical games where everything is on a hairpin trigger. Bloodbaths are sloppy.
Bloodbaths are sloppy but are fun to watch. I love watching chaos and unpredictability. I can see where you like all the strat stuff but it's hard for me to stay intrigued when fb comes in at almost the 20 min mark.

SSB did look sloppy against fnatic, but they destroyed LMQ. After day 2 for groups, American teams are in good positions to advance.

Did Ssb lose? Yes.
Did they lose to lmq? No.
Don't pretend that you only specifically meant Ssb vs lmq.
I think lmq's problem was that they went poor lanes and late game comp. they need to stick to mid game spike to hopefully control the game.

I agree. Love the way it looks. Unfortunately, it has to be fixed by the author everytime the new patch comes out.
When is Riot going to implement this permanently?

Alright. First round of games are over. Let's try to predict how group c&d end.
Current standings are:
Ssb 2-1, lmq 2-1, fnatic 1-2, omg 1-2
Nws 3-0, c9 2-1, [A] 1-2, kbm 0-3
Ok. So I'll assume no more Korean losses. So that leaves one spot in each group.
Lmq needs one win to force a tiebreak at worst.
C9 vs [A] tomorrow will decide of c9 goes through or they need a tiebreak.
Ok I'll go full Korean/ NA.
I think omg can get fnatic again. So lmq Sneaks by on xwx and vasilli.
And I said before the tourney that I think c9 is designed to hard counter froggen and the gg's.
