Much more than half, really. Extra blocks means extra radiator capacity is needed, and extra blocks plus extra radiators means lots more restriction, requiring the more powerful pump. Plus the extra tubing, fittings, etc. A perfectly respectable, very quiet and high performing CPU-only loop with no aesthetic compromises:
Maybe add a T-line or cheap reservoir for easy filling and bleeding. Something like this would be easily expandable to accommodate one or two additional cards. My loop is just overkill
EDIT: And really, the above config is overkill too. It's mostly for the cool factor. In all likelihood, it will do nothing to benefit your CPU that the Swiftech, for half the price, couldn't do.
