If you're willing to relocate I'd look at something geared towards data centers. You can work as a NOC tech and make more than you do now and then gear your education towards data center operations manager and make $$$$$.

Some new Haswell things:

1. Apparently you'll need a reasonably nice PSU.

2. 4770k overclocked to 8.0?


8.0@2.259 volts.

Ill have to look into that. I'm not set on staying here but I do have a house and a wife so not 100% flexible.

What kind of experience to do this? I like that a lot of these jobs are in Atlanta from just a general search
