You picked the 3960x, yet the 3970x is faster and slightly cheaper on Newegg. tsk tsk

Also, you might want to run that setup by a PSU calculator... Account for capacitor aging, and a good watercooler's overclock on that CPU. I was configuring a similar system today (quad titans, socket 2011, dual pumps, etc), and if you're doing it correctly, you need beyond 1250w. And that doesn't even account for the overclock that you get out of those 4 titans. The most workable and safe solution for a PC of this caliber is to use two PSUs. Probably two seasonic 850w. 80-plus platinum, of course.

My build -- very similar:

Core i7-3970X -- $1029
ASRock X79 Extreme11 LGA 2011 -- $599
G.Skill Ripjaws Z series 64gb (8x8gb) DDR 2133 -- $679
4 x GTX Titans -- $4279
2x Samsung 840Pro 512GB - $1039
5x 4TB HDDs - ~$1000-1500
2 x Seasonic Platinum 860w -- $400
One of the big fat caselabs cases, like the SMH10 -- $500

About $1350 in watercooling supplies, including heatkillers for the titans, XSPC RX radiators, dual pumps in bay reservoir, nice compression fittings, CPU block, etc.

3 x Overlord Tempest X270OC 27" IPS OCed to 120hz -- $1650

Total: ~$12,500

There are a few things I could stand to do more research on, like the RAM and the motherboard. If I had a budget of, say, 10 grand, I'd probably get a motherboard in more of the $400 range, lose one of the titans, reconsider storage/SSD options, etc.
